JBL grades explained
JBL grades each product by how it looks and how it's boxed. Every grade is tested and fully working, with all its accessories.
Grade A+
Looks brand new, with no visible wear. The accessories are in like-new condition.
Grade A
Shows very light signs of wear, such as small scuffs or light marks. The wear is cosmetic only.
Grade B
Shows noticeable cosmetic wear, such as scratches or up to two moderate dents. It may arrive in a plain brown box.

Are your refurbished JBL products genuine?
Yes. We're a JBL Authorised Refurbished Partner and work directly with Harman, the company that owns JBL. Every product is an original JBL unit that's been refurbished, tested and graded.
Does the grade affect how a JBL product works?
No. Every grade is tested and fully working, and comes with all its accessories. The grade describes how the product looks and how it's boxed, so a grade B speaker works the same as an A+.
Do refurbished JBL products come in the original box?
Usually. Grades A+ and A come in the original box, which may show signs of use. A grade B product may arrive in a plain brown box instead.
Do I get a warranty on refurbished JBL?
Yes, 1 year. It applies to every refurbished JBL product we supply, whichever grade you choose.
Are refurbished JBL earphones cleaned?
Yes. JBL says its refurbished earphones go through a sanitisation process, with the ear tips and mesh cleaned individually and the ports cleaned with specialist tools.
Can I order just one JBL product?
Yes. The same quote form covers one product or several. Stock changes month to month, so we'll confirm the model and grade are available before we quote.
