Good to know
A few things worth knowing before you choose a refurbished dock.
WD19S 130W or 180W
The dock is the same and the adapter changes. With the 130W adapter it gives Dell laptops 90W, and with the 180W adapter it gives them 130W. Other laptops get up to 90W either way.
The D6000 and DisplayLink
The D6000 uses DisplayLink, so the DisplayLink software has to be installed for the monitors to work. It also runs from an older USB-A laptop through the supplied adapter, but it won't charge that laptop.
HP USB-C Dock G5
The G5 connects over USB-C and charges a laptop at up to 100W. According to HP, it works with HP laptops, MacBooks and other laptops.

Is a refurbished dock worth buying?
Yes, if an earlier model suits your laptops. A refurbished dock costs less than a new one and carries a 1 year warranty, against 3 years on a new Dell dock. Send us your laptop models and we'll confirm it has the charging power they need.
What does Grade A mean on a refurbished dock?
Grade A is the only grade of refurbished dock we supply. Each one has been tested and is working, and it carries a 1 year warranty. If cosmetic condition matters for your order, ask us about the units in stock.
Do refurbished docks work with non-Dell laptops?
Yes, over USB-C. The WD19S charges non-Dell laptops at up to 90W, and HP lists the G5 as working with HP laptops, MacBooks and other laptops. Send us the laptop models and we'll confirm before you order.
Does a refurbished dock come with its power adapter?
The WD19S comes with a 130W or 180W adapter, and you choose which. For the D6000 and the HP G5, we'll confirm what's included with your quote.
Who provides the warranty on a refurbished dock?
We do. Every refurbished dock carries our own 1 year warranty, so a claim comes to our sales team. New Dell docks carry a 3 year manufacturer warranty instead.

Either. We hold these models in stock, and bulk quantities are available quickly. Tell us the model and quantity and we'll confirm stock and lead time.
