We stock C13 and C5 mains cables. The C13 is the kettle lead used by monitors, desktop PCs and servers, and the C5 is the cloverleaf cable that plugs into most laptop chargers.

Good to know
Two things decide which cable fits: the end that plugs into the device and the plug for the wall.
C13 or C5
The C13 has a rectangular end and powers desktop PCs, monitors and servers. Most laptop chargers take the C5, which has three round lobes and is known as a cloverleaf. One won't fit a socket made for the other.
Kettle leads
In the UK a C13 is often called a kettle lead. Kettles themselves use the C15, a version rated for more heat.
UK or EU plugs
UK cables have a fused three pin plug. EU cables have a Schuko style plug that fits most mainland European sockets.

Power cable questions
What's the difference between a C13 and a C14?
They're the two halves of one connection. The C13 is the end of the cable, and the C14 is the inlet it plugs into on the device. Equipment with a C14 inlet takes a C13 cable.
Do you supply other cable types or lengths?
We hold the C13 and the C5 in bulk. For another connector or a set length, send us the details and the quantity and we'll check what we can supply.
Can one order include both UK and EU plugs?
Yes. Both cables come with either plug, so one order can cover UK and European sites. Tell us the split when you ask for a quote.
Can I order a small quantity of cables?
Yes. We hold these cables in bulk for large orders, and the same quote form covers smaller ones. Send us the cable type, plug and quantity and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship bulk cable orders outside the UK?
Yes. We ship boxes and pallets across Europe and worldwide. Delivery is quoted by order size, so include the delivery country with your enquiry.
Do you offer trade pricing on power cables?
